Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Remote

Job Opportunity: We are excited to offer a remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent position with a competitive base pay ranging from $36,000 to $40,000 annually.

Total Compensation: With performance-based incentives, you can earn a total compensation of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with top producers exceeding $120,000+.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (EST)

Key Responsibilities: As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Engaging with customers via outbound and inbound sales communications
Crafting professional emails and text messages
Promoting additional products to existing clients
Meeting and exceeding performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales
A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your state (or the ability to obtain it)
Ability to obtain non-resident licenses as needed
Strong internet connection to support remote work
Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A strong desire to succeed and grow professionally

Bonus Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Captive Agency environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Additional relevant licenses are a bonus
