Job Description

Part-Time Receptionist Job description Fury Motors is currently seeking a part-time receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. The receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls, assisting customers to determine the nature of their business, and directing the caller to their destination. Responsibilities also include greeting customers when they arrive at the dealership in person, collecting and reconciling payments, and light filing. No previous experience required, but is preferred. We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1963. We believe in building lasting relationships with our customers. We do this by providing the highest level of customer service with honesty and integrity. Part-Time Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet customers and welcome them to the dealership
  • Operate a multi-line system to answer calls, transfer calls, provide information, and take messages as needed
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Provide customer service support to the sales department
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks
  • Ascertain and record totals of sales deposits
  • Verify against all cash, checks, and credit card payments on hand at end of shift and communicate any discrepancies in the totals to the appropriate unit
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times
Location: Stillwater Hours: Around 15 hours a week
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Ability to keep busy during down time
